Mr. Viani has over 30 years experience in the Federal government and the Department of Defense (DoD). Mr. Viani led two of the most successful transformational efforts at both the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) and the DoD. At DVA, he served as the Executive Director, Senior Executive Service, for Business Management, Operations and Planning for the Human Capital Plan.
Within the DoD, he led the Continuum of Service human capital efforts and major procurements for the USAF. Mr. Viani’s experience includes the oversight of several billions of dollars in program responsibilities.
